This notice describes what data LineVerse and LineVerse Autopilot
may process, how third-party integrations (TikTok, YouTube, Telegram)
are used, and how to request deletion. LineVerse is a small,
operator-driven gaming-content project, not a public platform.
What data may be processed
- Connected-account basic info. When an operator
authorizes a TikTok / YouTube / Telegram account, basic public
profile fields (display name, account id, avatar URL) may be
stored so the workflow tools can show which account is
connected.
- Authorized-account video metadata. For
connected TikTok accounts, the list of the authorized account's
own videos (title, thumbnail, posted date, video id) may be
fetched via TikTok's Display API to display them in the
operator UI.
- Workflow metadata. Drafts the operator prepares
— preview images, captions, scheduled publish time, current
status — are stored locally for the operator's own scheduling
tools.
- Technical logs. Standard web-server access
logs (IP, timestamp, user-agent, requested URL) and
application-level error logs may be retained for a limited
period for security and reliability. The LineVerse public
analytics layer is privacy-friendly — it records no IP, no
User-Agent, no cookies, and no session or user identifiers.
How TikTok data is used
- Only TikTok accounts that the operator owns or is
authorized to manage are accessed.
- The requested scopes are
user.info.basic and
video.list — enough to show which account is
connected and to list the authorized account's videos.
- TikTok data is used to display the connected account and its
videos in the operator UI, and to support the operator-led
content workflow (preview → caption → schedule → publish).
- LineVerse does not scrape TikTok, does not access accounts that
have not authorized it, and does not collect data about other
creators' accounts.
- TikTok data is not sold and is not shared with third parties
for advertising.
Publishing
LineVerse Autopilot does not publish content automatically.
Every publish step is initiated by an operator action. There is no
background bot publishing on the operator's behalf.
Data deletion
An operator can disconnect a TikTok / YouTube / Telegram account at
any time, which removes the stored authorization. To request
deletion of any data still associated with a previously connected
account, contact
hello@lineverse.ru;
requests are typically processed within a reasonable time, and
when possible the deletion is confirmed back by email.
Security
- Access tokens and other secrets are kept server-side and never
exposed in the public site or its source.
- Authorization is performed through the platform's official OAuth
flow (e.g. TikTok Login Kit) — credentials are never typed into
LineVerse.
- Access to the operator tools is restricted; the public site
does not give visitors any administrative capability.
- No certifications or formal guarantees are claimed.
Cookies & tracking
The LineVerse public site does not use tracking cookies. Its
optional analytics layer records only privacy-safe aggregate
events (page view, section view, CTA click, JS error) with no IP,
User-Agent, headers, cookies, session id or user id stored in
those records.
Third-party platforms
When LineVerse displays content from or interacts with TikTok,
YouTube or Telegram, those platforms apply their own privacy
policies to the data on their side. This notice covers only what
LineVerse processes.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the integrations or the tooling
change. Material changes will be reflected on this page; the
"Last updated" date above will be bumped when they happen.
